OVERVIEW

These general sales conditions are agreed between Teresa Serrano, tax number 238 047 601, address Alto da Centieira n.º 7, 2655-071, Carvoeira, Portugal, and email  info@lamourdejuliettestudio.com owner of the website Lamourdejuliettestudio.com, from now on referred to as the Online Store, and individuals who wish to make purchases through the Online Store, from now on referred to as “User.”

SECTION 1. OBJECT

The purpose of these general sales conditions is to provide and define all necessary information for the User regarding the ordering, selling, payment, and delivery modalities of purchases made through the Online Store. These conditions govern all necessary steps to place an order and ensure its tracking between the Contracting Parties.

SECTION 2. ORDER AND BILLING

The User finalizes their order by completing the purchase process presented in the Online Store, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart. To submit their order, the User must:

a) Register in the Online Store, providing the requested information.

b) Log in (by supplying a combination of email and password chosen by the User at the time of registration).

c) Complete the information and choose the options available during the checkout process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the Tax Identification Number and name that they would like to appear on the invoice for tax purposes).

The final confirmation of the order by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as these General Sales Conditions, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

The online store will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stock. In the absence of product availability, the online store undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

The information contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. The invoice is issued immediately after payment, and once issued, it cannot be reissued with changes.

Order requests are valid for two days, except if the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline, in which case prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within this timeframe, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.

SECTION 3. PAYMENTS

a) Credit/Debit Card, Direct Bank Transfer, GooglePay, Stripe, PayPal, Multibanco.

Payments via Credit/Debit Card, Direct Bank Transfer, are processed by the entity Woocommerce Payments, via Stripe. Payments via Paypal and Multibanco, are processed by the entity, Paypal.

SECTION 4. PRICES

Prices are understood to be in Euros, excluding fees and taxes. The amount of the fees is included at checkout, after entering the billing address, in order to apply the fees applicable in the user’s country.

SECTION 5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery is carried out by CTT or another similar courier company. Shipping costs are added to the order according to the current rate schedule, with these costs calculated during the purchase process before finalization by the User. The Online Store ships both nationally and internationally.

SECTION 7. COMPLAINTS

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to Conflict Resolution through the Arbitration Center (see the section of the Online Store titled “Complaints Policy“)

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
